Tommy Sang Lee

Tommy Sang Lee is the VP of Product at NCSoft. Tommy has over 15 years of experience in the gaming industry, having held various leadership positions at NCSOFT and Nexon M.

Lee began their career as a Senior Producer at NCsoft in 2005. Tommy was responsible for managing the live business at NEXON M Inc. (production, publishing, localization, QA, community, and live operations). In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Product. During their time as Director of Product, Lee successfully launched and managed global hit titles such as Darkness Rises, DomiNations, AxE, Durango, Choices.

In 2016, Lee left NCsoft to join Nexon M as their General Manager / VP. Tommy was responsible for the Nexon M office and day-to-day operations including various teams such as Product / UA / Marketing / Creative / Tech / QA / Community / Analytics / Localization / CS / Legal / Finance / HR. Under Lee's leadership, Nexon M experienced significant growth. In 2019, Lee returned to NCsoft as their VP of Product.

Tommy Sang Lee obtained a Bachelor of Information Science from the University of Newcastle. Tommy's field of study was computer programming, IT analysis, and IT project management. Tommy then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hanyang University. Tommy's field of study was information technology.

Tommy Sang Lee reports to Kim Taek-Jin, Founder & CEO. They work with Jin Soo Jung - COO, Songyee Y. - President & CSO, and Richard Zinser - SVP of Player Experience.
