Jackeline Israel de Nichols

Jackeline Israel de Nichols has over 25 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Jackeline began their career at Procter & Gamble in 1996 as Section Head of Research and Development for Latin America and Low Income Markets Product Development. In this role, they managed new formula qualification and consumer modeling for initiatives across Latin America, Southeast Asia, and Eastern Europe. Jackeline also managed 10-15 direct reports throughout all phases of product development. In 2006, they founded and became President of Scrap It!, creating the first concept store and franchise model for a scrapbooking store and learning center in Venezuela. Jackeline developed a business model, supervised operations, and created an education program for over 20 monthly courses for children and adults. In 2012, they became President of Hebraica (Jewish Community Center) in Caracas. In 2014, they became an Advisor to the Board of Hebraica. From 2015 to 2022, they were the CEO and Partner of Network Research, Florida, leading the consulting department in Product Development, Consumer Understanding, and Strategic Planning for the US and Latin America. Currently, they are the VP of Insights and Innovation at Coterie.

Jackeline Israel de Nichols received their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (VE) in 1997, having started their studies in 1992.
