Heather Gadkari

Heather (Wrzesinski) Gadkari serves as the Director on the Board of Directors at NCSolutions, beginning in January 2023, where the company focuses on measuring and improving advertising performance using advanced analytics. Previously, Heather has held various legal roles at Nielsen since June 2007, culminating in the position of General Counsel, where strategic legal guidance is provided across multiple Nielsen Analytics Portfolio lines. Heather's extensive experience includes leading legal teams for Nielsen Media's digital, Gracenote, and sports businesses, while also managing complex transactions and mentoring team members. Educationally, Heather holds a BA in Political Science Sociology from the University of Washington, an M.P.A. in Public Policy from New York University, and a J.D. from New York Law School.
