Kathryn Witt

Kathryn Witt has extensive work experience in corporate law and contract negotiation. Kathryn has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at NCSolutions since 2019, providing strategic advice and legal counsel to senior management and overseeing all commercial contract matters. Prior to this, they worked as Of Counsel at Tews, Theisen & Tuttle from 1984, handling various legal matters. In 2018, they worked as a Commercial Contracts Consultant at their own law office. Kathryn has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University College of Law in 2017. From 2011 to 2017, they held leadership positions at The Nielsen Company (US), LLC, serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel (Commercial) and Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Before joining Nielsen, Kathryn served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Circana for a span of 12 years. Kathryn also worked as a Commercial Counsel at General Electric and Corporate Counsel at Associates Commercial Corporation in the late 1980s. Kathryn began their legal career as a Staff Attorney at Deutsche Credit Corporation in 1986.

Kathryn Witt's education history includes a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law. Kathryn also participated in an intensive summer study in Comparative Law at the University of Cambridge. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History/Business from Western Illinois University.
