Dani Rae Gorman

Dani Rae Gorman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Their most recent position is at NCT | CaseWorks Software, where they started in April 2020 as a Product Specialist. They later became a Project Manager in August 2021 and eventually transitioned into the role of Implementation Team Manager | Senior Project Manager in April 2022. Prior to that, Dani worked as a System Administrator at the Institute for Community Alliances from September 2017 to March 2020. They also served as an Evaluation Specialist at EMERGE Community Development from March 2017 to August 2017. Dani has experience as an Early Childhood Educator at People Serving People from August 2016 to February 2017 and as a Research and Evaluation Assistant at The Improve Group from September 2015 to June 2016. They have also worked as a Mental Health Practitioner II at People Incorporated Mental Health Services from July 2014 to March 2015. Additionally, Dani has experience in education, having worked as a Lead Educator at The Goddard School from October 2008 to May 2014. They have also held roles as a Graduate Education Diversity Initiative Scholar at the American Evaluation Association from August 2015 to June 2016, a Research Assistant at The Center for Homicide Research from January 2013 to May 2013, and a Residential Counselor at Volunteers of America of Minnesota from May 2012 to May 2013.

Dani Rae Gorman attended Anoka-Ramsey Community College from 2007 to 2010, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a focus on General Studies. Dani Rae then went on to the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology and Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance. Continuing their education, they enrolled at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs from 2014 to 2016, graduating with a Master's of Public Policy degree with a specialization in Social Policy.
