Thomas Koson

Thomas Koson has worked as an IT Support Lead at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as an IT Support Specialist II from February 2021 to December 2022, and as an IT Support Specialist from January 2019 to February 2021. In these roles, they provided end-user support, managed mobile devices, installed and managed server systems, implemented and managed virtualization platforms, and backed up company data. Before joining Phoenix Home Care and Hospice, Thomas worked as a Networking/Special Projects Intern at Missouri State University in July and August 2018, where they created a Networking Lab and managed a large-scale project. Thomas also held a position as a Network Services Intern at Jack Henry & Associates in June and July 2018, where they automated network services, managed Microsoft patches, and created reports and presentations for Network Services Management.

Thomas Koson attended Missouri State University from 2014 to 2018 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. Thomas also obtained the following certifications: Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, CompTIA IT Fundamentals from CompTIA, ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA.
