Thomas Koson

Thomas Koson has worked as an IT Support Lead at Phoenix Home Care and Hospice since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as an IT Support Specialist II from February 2021 to December 2022, and as an IT Support Specialist from January 2019 to February 2021. In these roles, they provided end-user support, managed mobile devices, installed and managed server systems, implemented and managed virtualization platforms, and backed up company data.
