Kuper Jones

Kuper Jones is an experienced professional in state and external affairs with a robust background in regulatory and policy analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director of State and External Affairs at NCTA - The Internet & Television Association since November 2023, Kuper previously held multiple roles at the American Chemistry Council from 2017 to November 2023, including Director of State and Regulatory Affairs. Prior experience includes positions as Deputy Policy Director at the Republican State Leadership Committee and Policy Analyst at Americans for Prosperity. Kuper has also worked in support roles for Congressman Bill Johnson, as well as coordinating campaigns for Bill Johnson for Congress and Tom Ganley for U.S. Congress. Kuper holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Wittenberg University.
