Silvia Muriel Gómez

Silvia Muriel Gómez is an experienced consultant specializing in organizational transformation and gender-focused strategies. Since August 2008, Silvia has been working as a professional independent consultant at ncuentra, facilitating the development of people-centered organizational cultures and promoting gender equality initiatives. Prior to this role, from November 2000 to July 2008, Silvia held consulting positions at various firms, including Ofyde and Neotek, where the focus was on human resources management, gender policies, and corporate social responsibility.
