Gabby Hughes

Gabby Hughes is a Meetings & Conferences Manager at the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Gabby held various positions at Salamander Resort & Spa from May 2021 to January 2024, including Assistant Reservations Manager, Assistant Front Desk Manager, and Front Desk Agent. Gabby's experience also includes serving as a Server at Chuy's Restaurants from September 2019 to May 2021 and completing a Catering Intern position at Sodexo in early 2020. Gabby began employment as a Lead Cashier at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. in August 2018, following a tenure as a Waitress at Tucker’s from April 2016 to July 2018. Gabby's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Event Management from George Mason University (2019-2021) and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Greenville Technical College (August 2017 - May 2019).
