Rosemary Madnick serves as the Vice President for Research Administration at The Lundquist Institute for Biomedical Innovation at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center since October 2021, where responsibilities include serving as a key partner to the President and acting as a liaison to research administrators and investigators. In addition, Rosemary holds a similar role with the National Council of University Research Administrators (NCURA) since August 2013 and has contributed as a faculty member, peer reviewer, and committee member. Previous positions include leadership roles at the University of Alaska Fairbanks and the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute, along with board memberships with various organizations. Educational qualifications include a BA in Public Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, and participation in leadership programs through NCURA.
