Joseph Camisa

Joseph Camisa, MPA, MA, currently serves as the TrainND Manager at Bismarck State College, where responsibilities include overseeing business development and program administration for learning and performance initiatives in Southwest North Dakota. In addition to this role, Joseph is an Adjunct Instructor, an Alternate National Executive Committee Member for the Sons of the American Legion, a small business owner at Cappuccino On Collins, and a Staff Board Member of the Retirement Plan Oversight Committee for the North Dakota University System. Joseph's past leadership includes serving as the Vice President of the City Commission and City Commissioner for the City of Mandan, where oversight covered various municipal departments. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Penn State University and a Master of Arts in U.S. History from Central Michigan University.
