Ari Rodriguez

As a member of the NDC leadership team, Ari is responsible for all HR functions to include, but not limited to, training and development, compensation, payroll, benefit administration, performance and talent management, recruiting, onboarding, recognition and morale, compliance, employee relations and ensuring adherence to state and federal employment regulations.

Prior to joining NDC, Ari served in several human resources leadership positions at a variety of companies in Florida and Texas that includes Thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas, CEMEX, LeadingResponse and RIPA & Associates Civil Engineering.

Ari holds a bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications from the University of South Florida. She also received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in 2019. She is an active member of the National Society for Human Resource Management Association and the local Sarasota-Manatee chapter.
