Rebecca Copeland

Rebecca Copeland joined NDC Asset Management in November of 2018. Rebecca has nine years of affordable housing management and compliance experience. Rebecca’s background includes managing mixed income communities including low income tax credit, public housing, project-based section 8, and market programs. In 2016 Rebecca was awarded Employee of the Year and recognized for excellence in affordable housing leasing and compliance. Prior to working in affordable housing Rebecca worked in Commercial Real Estate managing a portfolio of office buildings and industrial warehouses. Rebecca has a BS in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Rebecca is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Specialist (TCS), Assisted Housing Manager (AHM), and Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM).
