Carla Carpio

Carla Carpio is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as the Head of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning at the NDC Partnership since November 2022. Previously, Carla worked as a Strategy, Knowledge Management, and Communications Consultant at the World Bank Group, where responsibilities included developing strategies for effective knowledge dissemination. Carla also mentored aspiring women entrepreneurs at Empowered Women International, served as a Strategy and Program Advisor at the Inter-American Investment Corporation, and held key roles at the Inter-American Development Bank, focusing on program strategy and budget coordination. Early career experience includes re-engineering coordination at Caja Municipal de Lima-Peru. Carla holds a Certificate in Corporate Finance from Georgetown University, a Master's in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from Marymount University, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
