Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 as a Lab Instructor at Full Sail University. Steve then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Value Added Communications from 2002 to 2003, where they provided software support for federal prisons and trained end users. From 2004 to 2015, Steve worked at NeuroDimension, Inc. in various roles including Technical Support Engineer. Steve was responsible for technical sales and support, website development and administration, quality assurance testing, and software project management. Steve successfully resolved technical and end-user questions and played a key role in implementing and maintaining the internal network infrastructure. Steve is currently working at nDimensional since 2015, where they started as a Lead Technical Solutions Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager in 2020.

Steve Thompson obtained an Associates of Science degree in Digital Media from Full Sail University, which they attended from 1998 to 1999. Apart from their degree, they also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed a course called "shaping-up-with-angular-js" at Code School. In 2018, they completed an "Intro to Python for Data Science Course" and "Intermediate Python for Data Science" at DataCamp. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained certifications in "Transitioning to Product Management," "Technology for Product Managers," and "Becoming a Product Manager: A Complete Guide" from LinkedIn.
