Richa Nagpal Gautam

Richa Nagpal Gautam has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles within the shared services and operations sector. Currently serving as the Group Head - Shared Services and Operations at NDTV since March 2008, Richa has also held the position of Senior Vice President in the same department. Prior to NDTV, Richa worked at MetLife from January 2007 to February 2008 as the Vice President and Associate Vice President of Shared Services, and previously held the role of Chief Manager in Bancassurance Service Delivery at UnitedHealthcare India Pvt. Ltd. from December 2001 to January 2007. Richa holds an MBA (HA) from IMS (1996 - 2001) and a PGDHRM from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (1999 - 2000).
