Brent `Butters’ Marsh

Brent `Butters’ Marsh serves as the Hydraulic Team Leader and Senior Project Consultant at NDY since April 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing hydraulic projects. Previously, as Managing Director at First Class Plumbing & Civil from July 2020 to April 2022, Brent focused on quality-driven commercial plumbing and civil projects within defence, health, and government sectors, while implementing safety protocols. Brent's experience also includes roles as a Tube Fitter at Aussie Fluid Power, a Commercial Plumbing Estimator/Project Manager at ACE+, and a Commercial Plumber & Gasfitter at Johnson & Co Plumbing & Gas. Earlier career highlights feature advanced rigging and crane operation, as well as foundational work as a Concrete Finisher and Electrical Trade Assistant. Brent is currently pursuing a Diploma of Project Management and a Certificate IV in Plumbing (Hydraulic Stream).
