Drew Roche

Drew Roche is a Senior Project Engineer at Norman Disney & Young, where a career initiated in the Graduate Scheme has involved rotations through various building services disciplines, ultimately focusing on mechanical design engineering. This experience has fostered a comprehensive understanding of building services across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and mixed-use developments. In addition, Drew serves as the Chairperson for the NDY Charitable Trust in London. Previous experience includes a role as a Mechanical Engineer at EDWARD PEARCE LLP and general construction work as a self-employed builder, which developed practical skills in construction materials and client communication. Drew holds a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London.
