Richard Cherrill

Richard Cherrill is a seasoned professional in the building services sector with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles. Currently serving as the Market Sector Lead at NDY since October 2025, Richard previously worked as a Design Consultant with SES Engineering Services and had a brief period as an independent consultant. Prior to these roles, Richard spent nearly a decade at Pick Everard as Director of Building Services for London and the South East. Richard founded Cherrill Building Services Consultants Ltd after 16 years with Pearce Buckle and Capita Symonds, focusing on delivering personalized consultancy services. Additional experience includes positions as M&E Director at Capita Symonds and executive leadership at Pearce Buckle Design Engineers, alongside early-career roles managing significant MEP projects and engineering responsibilities in the prison construction sector. Richard's educational background includes attendance at Yewlands from 1981 to 1985.
