Emmanuella Duplessy Greene

Emmanuella Duplessy Greene, PMP, currently serves as the Associate Director of Business Transformation at NEA, where strategic planning and business analysis support are provided to the Chief Financial Officer. With extensive experience in financial administration and program budget management totaling approximately $16M, Emmanuella has held various leadership roles, including Business Operations Manager and Senior Contracts Specialist, where efforts were made to modernize procurement processes. Previously, Emmanuella worked as a Program Manager at Pratt & Whitney, managing Fleet Management Plans, and in diverse positions with Lockheed Martin, BearingPoint, and the George Washington University, focusing on project management, organizational change, and international initiatives. Emmanuella holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from The George Washington University.
