Rajendra P.

Rajendra P. currently serves as Associate Director of Business Transformation at INSEAD since July 2023, having previously held the role of Project Manager for FEP Transformation. Prior to this, Rajendra worked at Grab as Procurement Governance & Intelligence Manager from May 2021 to July 2023 and at Greenhouse.Co as Head of Finance from November 2018 to May 2021. Rajendra's experience also includes a position as FP&A Assistant Manager at TABLEZ-The Food Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and roles at EY as Senior Auditor, Associate, and Business Analyst from March 2012 to October 2014. Rajendra began the career as an Auditor at D. Lal Chopra & Co from November 2008 to October 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, an MBA in Finance from Nanyang Business School, Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and participation in the DEL program on Developing Emerging Leaders at INSEAD scheduled for May to July 2024.
