Erika Taylor is a seasoned research and evaluation professional with extensive experience in education and program assessment. Currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at the National Education Association since July 2013, Erika provides research support on pertinent issues affecting membership and education, including co-leading investigations of faculty needs and outreach to Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Prior to this role, Erika worked as an External Evaluator for the Montgomery County Judy Centers, managed evaluation studies at Prince George's County Public Schools, and led evaluations at Brown University for federally-funded educational interventions. Additionally, Erika began a research career at The MayaTech Corporation, supporting projects related to mental health and substance abuse. Erika holds a Ph.D. in Education and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Howard University.
