Merwyn Scott

Merwyn Scott is an experienced lobbyist and director with a professional background that includes serving as Chief of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives from March 1997 to January 2002. Since March 2003, Merwyn Scott has been employed at NEA in a lobbying capacity. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, obtained between 1996 and 1999, as well as a degree in Political Science with a focus on Pre-Law from Morehouse College, completed in 1992.
