Management and Operations

The Management and Operations team at the National Education Association (NEA) is responsible for coordinating the organization's internal logistical functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This includes overseeing customer service, strategic research for campaigns and elections, business affairs, procurement and contracting, and information security. The team also plays a crucial role in adopting and implementing state education initiatives, building strategic federal partnerships, and managing the engineering and IT infrastructure.
