Greg Grove is a highly experienced attorney specializing in corporate law, venture capital, and securities with a diverse background that spans multiple prestigious firms and roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP since February 2022, Greg advises a wide array of clients including boards of directors, management teams, and investment funds on corporate and partnership transactions. Prior to this, Greg was an Equity Principal and Chair of Startups and Venture Capital at Much Shelist, where expertise encompassed fund formation and counseling. Previous experience includes a partnership at Kirkland & Ellis LLP focusing on private equity and M&A transactions, as well as serving as an Advisor at MIT-Stanford Venture Lab. Greg's legal career began in the judge advocate general's corps of the United States Air Force, and includes a solid foundation in public offerings and technology law from earlier roles at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati. Greg holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
