Seth Pritikin

Seth Pritikin is a Partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, where responsibilities include mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity carve-out transactions, leveraged buyouts, joint ventures, growth capital investments, corporate restructurings, and representing large and middle market private equity funds since April 2017. Prior to this role, Seth served as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from September 2007 to March 2017. Seth holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Harvard Law School, earned between 2004 and 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science from Harvard University, completed from 1999 to 2003.
