Ruth Gale is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in strategy development, program design, and quality assurance within the community services sector. As Strategy Lead at Neami National since June 2017, Ruth focuses on identifying and implementing strategic growth opportunities while advising senior leadership. Previous roles at Neami include Program Development Lead, Project Coordinator, Senior Quality Officer, and Quality Officer, showcasing expertise in service establishment, accreditation processes, and compliance management.
