Christina Morfaki

Christina Morfaki currently serves as the Deputy CEO at Ιπποκράτειο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών since April 2025 and has held multiple academic roles as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of West Attica and Neapolis University Pafos since September 2022 and February 2022, respectively. Christina also served as Head of Human Resources at the National Documentation Centre (EKT) from June 2023 to April 2025 and as an Adjunct Lecturer at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens until September 2023. Christina's extensive banking experience includes various leadership positions at the National Bank of Greece from 2000 to 2020, including Branch Manager and Head of Business Banking Unit. Christina holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Management/Organizational Behavior from Hellenic Open University and is currently pursuing postdoctoral research in Data Analytics & HR at the University of Piraeus. Additionally, educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Piraeus and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences.
