Yacouba Dème

Country Director & Regional Program Coordinator, Mali & Senegal at Near East Foundation

Mr. Dème joined the Near East Foundation in 1991. He is an internationally recognized expert in rural development and natural resource management. Mr. Dème has spoken about and published an article on poverty reduction in the region of Mopti. He is member of the Mali delegation to the UNFCCC. Mr. Dème holds an MSc in Public Law from the National School of Administration in Bamako.
