Matthew Tucker is currently the VP of Sales at Near Space Labs. Prior to this, they were an advisor at FT Optimize, Smartly.io, Rickhouse Media, and Carrus. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Senior Vice President of Revenue at Marin Software where they oversaw global sales, new business, renewals, and achieved corporate finance objectives as they pursued growth of public stock. During this time, they directed a global cross-functional team of 40+ sales and customer success experts and spearheaded business cases to introduce innovative products and streamlined SaaS upgrade paths to accelerate enterprise sales. Some of their notable accomplishments include being a principal player in the company breaking even and shipping the new flagship “MarinOne” in summer 2020, reducing new business churn by 70%, and heading a multimillion-dollar revenue share agreement with Google which increased Marin revenue guidance by 25% at the close of Q4 2018 and yielded a full-year revenue of $59MM.
Matthew Tucker has a Bachelor of Arts from London Metropolitan University and A Levels in Business Studies, English Literature, and Geography from Old Swinford Hospital School.
