Paula-Kaye Richards

Paula-Kaye Richards currently serves as the VP of Marketing at Near Space Labs since August 2025. Prior to this role, Paula-Kaye held the position of Head of Marketing & Communications at Space Capital, where responsibilities included driving acquisition and engagement for the firm's products. Experience also includes a role as Program Marketing Manager at EnergyHub, where Paula-Kaye managed marketing campaigns for numerous clients, and a Marketing Manager position at CBS Interactive focused on digital marketing for various entertainment sectors.
