James Madeley (FCIPD)

James Madeley (FCIPD) has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. James is currently working as the People Director at NearForm, a position they started in September 2021. Prior to this, James served as a Non-Executive Director at BASIC (British American Security Information Council) starting from September 2020. From July 2017 to September 2021, they worked at Portland as a Partner and Head of HR. Before that, they held the position of HR Director at Portland from October 2016 to July 2017. From 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management from the University of Bedfordshire.

Between 2003 and 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History from the University of Exeter.
