Laura Maxwell-Smith

Laura Maxwell-Smith is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Group People Director at McGregor Boyall since August 2025. Previously, Laura held the role of People Director and HR Manager at Salt from December 2019 to August 2025. Prior to that, Laura worked at Decision Resources Group as HR Manager and Office Manager from March 2009 to November 2018. Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Manchester, a Diploma in Human Resource Management from BPP University, a Certificate in Human Resource Practice from BPP University, and completed the Legal Practice Course at Inns of Court School of Law, City University, London.
