Peri Kadaster has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in marketing and strategy. They started their career as a Senior Associate at The Parthenon Group in 2004 before joining PepsiCo as a Summer Marketing Associate in 2008. Peri then worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2011. They later became Vice President of Marketing at CoffeeTable, a successful e-commerce app, from 2011 to 2013, and then held director roles at Commencis, leading strategy and marketing for Monitise plc and Pozitron A.Ş. In 2015, Peri joined McKinsey & Company again as the Director of Marketing and Communications for Digital Labs. They co-founded Kadaster Ventures LLC in 2011 and served as President and Co-Founder of Sipsetter Co. from 2020. Currently, Peri is the Chief Marketing Officer at NearForm.
Peri Kadaster completed an AB degree in Political Science and Economics from Duke University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In 2002, they also had a brief stint at the University of Oxford, focusing on Political Science. Later, Peri attended Harvard Business School and obtained an MBA from 2007 to 2009.
