Ricardo Mejia has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and networking. Ricardo is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at NearLinx since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a CCNA/CCNP/CCNA Sec Instructor at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica starting in 2011.

Ricardo provided technical support, monitored support communication channels, and assisted customers in troubleshooting hardware/software related issues. Ricardo also worked at Alienware as a Technical Support personnel from 2006 to 2008, where they assisted customers with computer repairs and maintenance.
Ricardo's career began at AT&T at Sykes in 2004, where they worked as a Technical Support representative.
