Kate Kalmbach

Kate Kalmbach is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles, currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Nearmap since November 2023. Previously, at Conga, Kate was the lead counsel for the Partners organization, overseeing the revamp of the Partners program and managing extensive partner relationships. Past experience includes positions at The Holt Group LLC as an Associate Attorney, IntecX as Independently Contracted Legal Counsel, and various roles where responsibilities encompassed litigation support, contract negotiation, and municipal law advisory. Kate holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, with specializations in International Law and Intellectual Property, and a Bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in Journalism and Technical Communication.
