Rhian Edwards

Rhian Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they worked as a University Clearing Helpline Advisor at Swansea University, where they provided assistance to customers and guided them in choosing the right courses. Rhian also worked closely with other university departments and proactively reached out to students. From 2015 to 2017, Rhian worked at McDonald's as a Crew Trainer, focusing on delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets and supporting colleagues and managers.

In 2017, Rhian joined THE LION TREORCHY LIMITED as an Assistant Manager, responsible for attending meetings, writing minutes, and managing records. Rhian also took charge of the marketing activities, creating and updating social media content to promote the business and special events. Rhian played a crucial role in securing advertisements for the Visit Treorchy brochure.

Rhian further expanded their managerial experience as the General Manager at 10 Below Dessert Parlour from 2019 to early 2020. Rhian 'srole involved overseeing the overall operations of the dessert parlor.

In 2021, Rhian worked in project delivery at PEOPLE AND WORK UNIT, contributing to successful project outcomes. Currently, in 2022, they hold the position of Director of Operations at NearMeNow Ltd, where they lead the operations team and ensures smooth business operations.

Throughout their career, Rhian has demonstrated their ability to adapt to different environments, manage teams, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Rhian Edwards attended Swansea University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. They later pursued further education at the same university and earned a Master of Arts in Modern History.
