Kate Roberts

Kate Roberts serves as the Fractional COO at Mass Mobility Hub, focused on developing a new mobility ecosystem. In addition, Kate operates as a self-employed advisor under Waypoint Advisors, offering strategic guidance to high-growth startups in sectors including mobility and fintech. Previously, Kate held significant roles such as Senior Vice President at Inspiration Mobility, where customer experience and operations were built from the ground up, and Chief Operating Officer at Impress, achieving substantial revenue growth. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Ford Motor Company, Chariot, Zipcar, and Welch's, where Kate consistently drove revenue expansion and operational efficiency. Kate holds an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a BS in Marketing from Providence College.
