Dustin Manocha has held several roles in the technology industry since 2008. From 2008-2011, they were the Group Vice President, National Sales & Strategy at Affinion Group, where they led a 10-person enterprise sales team focused on winning in the company's top markets. From 2011-2016, they were the Global Leader/VP, Bazaarvoice Local. From 2016-2017, they were the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives at Civitas Learning, where they were responsible for Strategic Initiatives and led college student strategy focused on scalable products that directly engage students to improve their academic success, persistence, and graduation rates. Since 2017, they have been the Founder & CEO of Nearpeer, Inc., where they have been improving college enrollment (yield and melt), equity, and the learning experience.

Dustin Manocha attended the University of Richmond from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a BA in Political Science and a BS in Business Administration from the Robins School of Business. In 1996, they also attended Curtin University.
