Katie Choi is a seasoned professional in curriculum management and writing, currently serving as a Senior Curriculum Manager at Nearpod since January 2020. In addition to this role, Katie has been a self-employed freelance writer and editor since January 2013, focusing on education, women's lifestyle, food, nutrition, health, and home topics, while collaborating with brands on impactful copy. Previously, Katie held positions such as Senior Curriculum Editor and Curriculum Writer/Researcher at Flocabulary, and Associate Editor at Bonnier Corporation, where responsibilities included writing and editing content for parenting and food-related publications. Katie began her editorial career at Bauer Publishing as an Associate Editor for First for Women magazine, having progressed from Editorial Assistant. Katie Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French from Amherst College.
