Joe Marrino, PMP® CSM® LBBP®

Joe Marrino has a diverse work experience in project management and business analysis. Joe is currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Blueriver since April 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in Project Management at PM Pacific Consulting from October 2017 to March 2018. Joe also held the position of Director of the Program Management Office at CNA National from November 2010 to September 2017. Before that, they worked as a Manager at the Project Management Office of CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer from July 2007 to October 2010. Joe's experience also includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Haemonetics from November 2006 to June 2007 and as a Business Analysis Consultant at Hudson Consulting Services from May 2005 to September 2006. Additionally, they served as a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager at CooperVision from October 2001 to February 2005 and as a Project Lead at Bank of America from May 2001 to September 2001. Joe's earlier roles include working as a Business Process Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting from June 2000 to May 2001 and as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Emotis Web Technologies, Inc. from June 1999 to June 2000.

Joe Marrino, PMP® CSM® LBBP®, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business/Finance from Arizona State University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Joe later pursued a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, earning it between 2008 and 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Joe is a Six Sigma Lean Black Belt Professional (LBBP®) certified by MSI Management & Strategy Institute, which they achieved in June 2021. Joe is also a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified by the Project Management Institute, a certification they acquired in February 2010. Furthermore, Joe holds the title of Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) awarded by the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in November 2016.
