Samira Sivila Jadue has a diverse work experience in multiple companies. Samira started their career as the Jefe de Ventas at Africam Sfari in 2012, where they supervised the sales team and focused on increasing sales volumes and park promotion. Samira then worked as the Jefe de Recursos Humanos at MEDEV in 2013, responsible for human resources management. In 2014, they joined Café Colibrí as a Project Manager. Samira worked at Recursos Humanos as a Human Resources Strategist starting in 2015. In 2018, they assumed the role of People Operations Lead at Blueriver and NearShore Technology. At NearShore, they also worked as a Human Resources Specialist. Throughout their career, Samira has gained extensive experience in people operations and human resources.
Samira Sivila Jadue completed their education in two distinct phases. From 2005 to 2009 they attended Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, specializing in Business Economics. Following this, they pursued further education at Universidad Iberoamericana, campus Puebla from 2010 to 2012. Samira obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, specializing in HR management and strategies.
