Piyush Sadana

Piyush Sadana is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as Founder & CEO of Nearsite since 2025, Piyush leads an AI-powered smart sourcing platform for corporate housing. Previously, Piyush co-founded Ricovr Healthcare, where the role of COO involved overseeing an IoT point-of-care rapid diagnostics platform focused on drug and infectious disease testing from 2019 to 2025. Additional leadership roles include Board Director at DayToDay Health, which was acquired by Babylon Health, and Board Member at Columbia Venture Community. Piyush has held senior positions at Heckyl Technologies as Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Norges Bank Investment Management as Vice President of Real Estate Investments, and M&T Bank as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate Finance. An alumnus of Columbia Business School with an MBA in Finance, Piyush also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
