Leonico's longest tenure was at Concentrix, where they served as an Operations Manager from March 2016 to December 2020. Before their time at Concentrix, Leonico worked as an Operations Manager at Convergys from February 2013 to March 2016. Prior to that, they held various roles at Stream Global Services, including Sales Manager from October 2012 to March 2016, Team Lead from November 2011 to October 2012, and Technical Support Specialist from February 2007 to October 2012.
In addition to their corporate experience, Leonico also worked as an English Second Language Teacher as a self-employed professional from January 2009 to January 2014. Leonico started their career as a Customer Service Representative at eTelecare Global Solutions from November 2006 to January 2007.
Leonico Blancia attended the University of San Jose-Recoletos from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Secondary Education degree with a major in English and Music. Leonico'sfield of study was Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching.
