Amanda Barcock is currently serving as the Senior Customer Success Manager at NearSt, focused on utilizing technology to promote physical shops. Previously, Amanda worked at The MDU as the Membership Team Manager, where Amanda led a team of 12 in providing exceptional customer service to medical professional members. Amanda also held the position of Membership Service Executive at The MDU, excelling in query responses and meeting quality KPIs. Before that, Amanda worked at HelloFresh as a Customer Care Executive and at AIDF as a Communications, Content & Marketing Intern. Amanda holds a Level 3 Team Leader degree from City and Guilds, along with a Bachelor's Degree in English and Film Studies from the University of East Anglia.
