Jose Cantu

Jose Cantu is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in creating customized document outputs and web applications. Currently employed at Nearstar Inc. since August 2016, Jose specializes in implementing Jython scripts, utilizing the iText library for custom PDF generation, and developing web applications using Ext JS. Prior to this role, Jose served as Lead Software Developer at Hamer Enterprises from November 2013 to July 2016, where responsibility included developing enterprise applications for local government agencies and overseeing promotions of web application releases. Jose holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas-Pan American and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from South Texas College.
