Kristin Wiik

Kristin Wiik possesses extensive experience in human resources and management consulting, currently serving as HR Leder at NEAS since June 2012, a leading provider of energy and broadband services in Nordmørsregionen. Prior to this role, Kristin held the position of HR Manager at JYSK, an international retail chain specializing in furniture and interior design, from January 2003 to June 2012. Kristin's career commenced as a Researcher at Bjerke & Luther AS, focusing on executive search and recruitment from August 1996 to December 2000, followed by a role as Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval Norway, specializing in recruitment and advisory services from January 2000 to December 2002. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and completed secondary education at Atlanten videregående skole in Kristiansund.
