Cristina Berson

Cristina Berson currently serves as Head of People at NEAT Protect since February 2025. Prior to this role, Cristina was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Doctolib from April 2019 to February 2025, where responsibilities included coaching managers, overseeing HR processes, and managing a team of apprentices. Cristina's career in HR began at SNCF and includes experience at SFR, where there was a focus on operational HR and transformation initiatives. Cristina also worked at Alixio Mobilité, supporting a voluntary departure plan, and held various HR roles that involved recruitment and employee management. Cristina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and completed a program focused on the startup ecosystem.
