Juned Karim has a solid work experience background in technical support. Juned began their career as a Technical Support Analyst at eir Ireland in December 2013, providing technical support to both business and residential customers. Juned also handled troubleshooting and remote administration tasks.

Juned then moved on to Voxpro in November 2016, where they continued to work as a Technical Support Analyst, providing first-line support for infrastructure and product-related requests. Additionally, they assisted with order management and product pre-sales, investigating and resolving issues or escalating them when necessary.

In 2017, Juned joined BT as a Technical Support Analyst, where they leveraged their skills in providing support to customers. Later that same year, they joined Neato Robotics and assumed the role of Technical Support Specialist. In this capacity, Juned worked with cross-functional teams to enhance the support experience for Neato customers. Juned also dealt with complex support-related issues and developed scalable solutions for user problems, all while ensuring timely and satisfactory customer service.

Juned Karim completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Eden College Dublin from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a BA(Hons) in Literature In English from M.C College and University in Sylhet, Bangladesh from 2001 to 2003.
