Jessica Seberger

Jessica Seberger is currently the Maternal & Child Health Program Manager II at Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services. Jessica also serves as the PRAMS Program Manager within the same organization. In addition, Jessica holds the role of Affiliate Representative to the Governing Council at Public Health Association of Nebraska. With a background in Sociology and Psychology, Jessica previously worked as a Recovery Specialist at Richard H Young Hospital and as a Graduate Student at University of Georgia.
